This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases of Tower Loop licenses and other paid Services offered by Lemma 151 LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). This Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

14-Day Refund Window

Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of purchase if TowerLoop cannot be installed, cannot be activated, or materially does not function as described and we cannot resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.

TowerLoop is a digital software product delivered by download and license activation. A refund request does not automatically cancel future renewals unless the subscription is also cancelled through the billing provider or buyer portal.

02

Merchant of Record

Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all purchases of Tower Loop licenses and Services. Paddle handles order processing, payment, tax, refunds, and chargebacks as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller.

As Merchant of Record, Paddle may issue refunds under this Refund Policy, its own buyer terms, applicable law, or its own risk review processes, including:

  • where required by applicable law;
  • where the buyer requests a refund within fourteen (14) days and the product cannot be installed, activated, or made to materially function as described after reasonable troubleshooting;
  • where Paddle reasonably believes the transaction was made in error or fraudulently; or
  • where Paddle reasonably believes the transaction may become subject to a chargeback.

Any discretionary refund granted by Paddle is voluntary and does not create an obligation on us or on Paddle to provide refunds in the future, including for similar requests.

03

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] or use Paddle's buyer support site at https://paddle.net. We will help review the issue and coordinate with Paddle where needed.

When submitting a refund request, please include:

  • The order or receipt number from Paddle, sent to you by email after purchase;
  • The email address used to make the purchase; and
  • A brief description of the install, activation, access, or functionality issue.

Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions govern payment processing and the method by which any refund is returned to you.

04

Delivery and Access Issues

If you do not receive your license email, cannot download the installer, cannot activate a valid license, or cannot access the paid software after purchase, contact support within fourteen (14) days. If we cannot resolve the delivery or activation issue after reasonable troubleshooting, the purchase may be eligible for a refund.

05

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction, for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital products under certain European Union consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded by contract, they will be honored to the extent required by law.

By beginning to download, install, or activate the Software within any applicable statutory cooling-off period, you may be deemed to have consented to immediate performance and to have waived such statutory withdrawal rights to the extent permitted by law.

06

Effect of Refund

If a refund is issued for any reason, your Tower Loop license will be revoked, and you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of the Software on all devices. Continued use of the Software after a refund has been issued is not permitted.

07

Subscriptions

If your Tower Loop license is sold on a subscription basis, the subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may cancel a subscription at any time through Paddle's buyer portal at https://paddle.net.

Cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the most recent billing period. Refunds for subscription renewals are subject to Section 2 above and Paddle's own refund policy. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial subscription periods.

08

Fraud and Abuse

Refunds may be denied for abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, license sharing, counterfeit license activity, violation of the Terms of Use, or attempts to continue using the Software after a refund.

09

Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact Paddle at https://paddle.net before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution through Paddle may delay support review and may result in:

  • immediate revocation of your Tower Loop license;
  • suspension or termination of your account;
  • denial of any future purchases or licenses; and
  • review of associated chargeback fees or related costs where permitted by law.

Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Refund Policy. We encourage you to review this Refund Policy periodically to be informed of any changes. The version of this Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern that purchase.
